Behavioral
Therapy

Hudson Valley Family Therapy provides services to parents struggling with their child’s oppositional, defiant and disruptive behaviors. We use Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a proven effective, evidence-based treatment for children between the ages of 2 and 7.  Our goal is to help parents by developing a strong positive bond with their child, early in childhood, which facilitates calm, consistent limit-setting, improving the overall quality of life in the home.
